Year 2003 Training Data

Week 1 thru Week 7 update
been jogging about 3 times per week for 35 mins at 7:20-7:30 -pace so
my goal is simply to run around the same for the "race" and have a great weekend.

Week 25 update:
Ron has now run 9 weeks in a row. Very out of shape, ran about 20-24
miles for the first 5 weeks, then 32, 22 (backed off due to some leg
soreness, only real blip on the radar screen so far) ,34,39.  His schedule
and time will allow him to run about 45 miles a week so once he gets there and
stays there for about 3 weeks he will start hills or something as a next step

Week 26 report
ran another 40 last week in 5 days. Thats the 10th week in a row of
running 20 or more miles a week in 4-5 days. I hope to try to start running
