Vince HowardWent to Page High School in Greensboro, NC where he graduated in 1988 with a slew of state titles,including: Cross Country (Class 4A) in 1987, the indoor 3A/4A 1000 meter title in 1987, the indoor 3A/4A mile and 2 mile in 1988, (Still the only athlete in North Carolina history to win all 3 titles indoors!!), and the outdoor mile in class 4A in 1988.

Vince is known as the "Machine" in the Pantheon circle due to his running back stature.

Vince went on to run for the University of North Carolina and graduated in 1992. The coaching staff at UNC was rumored to have been very glad that Vince graduated because he was known as a big whiner and moaner, always had SOMETHING to complain about. Probably stems from that UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) attitude he has.
