Kyle
Born 6/17/72 and raised in Winston-Salem, NC.
Went to Mount Tabor High School where he graduated in 1990.
Went on to run at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.
Kyle won several ACC titles in track and was All ACC in Cross Country twice. Currently holds several Pantheon records.

Accolades include:
Division I All-American at 10,000 (1995)
ACC Champion at 5,000 and 10,000 meters (1995 outdoor meet held at WFU)
ACC Champion at 5,000 meters at ACC Indoor meet in 1995.
Two-time all ACC in Cross Country
Participated in three NCAA Cross Country Championship meets while at WFU
Member of two ACC championship teams while at WFU
Member of US Junior team that participated in the 1991 World Cross Country meet in Antwerp, Belgium

Saturday- Treadmill relay...4 two mile segments....most of the running done at 11.3 mph with picking it up at the end...12 total

Monday- 5 miles on treadmill(started at 7.5 mph and increased 0.1 every minute until 8.3 mph)
Wednesday- 5 miles on treadmill(started at 7.5 mph and increased 0.1 every minute until 9.0 mph)
Friday- 5 miles on treadmill(started at 7.5 mph and increased 0.1 every minute until 8.3 mph)
Sunday- 5 miles on hilly loop(Greenhurst, Cedar Trail/Moyers/Surrey Path, Alpine) from home in 35:45....        20 miles for the week.

Week 7
Wed- 6 miles (7.5 mph to 8.3 mph on treadmill)
Thurs-4 miles on treadmill(7.5 mph to 10.0 mph and back to 8.3 mph for the last few minutes
Sat-4 miles on treadmill(7.5 mph to 8.3 mph)
Sun- 10.5 miles outside in 1:16                24.5 miles total

Week 8
Wed- 7 miles on treadmill (7.5 mph to 8.3 mph and then hold there
Thurs- 4.5 miles on treadmill (7.5 mph to 10.3 mph and then back to 8.0 mph for the last little bit)
Sat- 3.5 miles (Vince Howard 5k in 19:34)
Sun- 9 miles.  Felt Sore                24 miles total

Week 9
Tues- 7 miles in 47:30 (including 3 in 18:57)
Thursday- 5 miles in 37:30 easy run
Saturday- 10 miles pub run
Sunday- 10 miles  (1:15)                    32 miles for the week.

Week 10
Wed- 6 miles including 3 one minute surges, formwork and strides after run
Thurs- normal 7 at Reynolda Gardens- got back past Village Outdoor, Water Fountain, plus 30 seconds
Fri- 8 miles at Salem Lake - 7:45, 7:10(including 3 strides), 6:34, 6:32, 6:31, 6:24, 7:10(7 mile mark), 7:23, (back to start)...55:37 total....A little tired...Good three day stretch
Sat- 5 miles easy at Tanglewood
Sun- 10 miles with Longhurst and Phillips (1:10...felt a little tired)                36 miles total......time to start ramping it back it up.

Week 11
