Kyle
Born 6/17/72 and raised in Winston-Salem, NC.
Went to Mount Tabor High School where he graduated in 1990.
Went on to run at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.
Kyle won several ACC titles in track and was All ACC in Cross Country twice. Currently holds several Pantheon records.

Accolades include:
Division I All-American at 10,000 (1995)
ACC Champion at 5,000 and 10,000 meters (1995 outdoor meet held at WFU)
ACC Champion at 5,000 meters at ACC Indoor meet in 1995.
Two-time all ACC in Cross Country
Participated in three NCAA Cross Country Championship meets while at WFU
Member of two ACC championship teams while at WFU

Monday- 6 miles at Reynolda Gardens
Wed- Easy 8 miles at Bethabara with loops of 7:09, 7:06, and 7:04 during the middle of the run.
Friday- 7 miles at Reynolda Gardens, Graylyn.  Felt strong
Sat- 6 miles easy with TCTC guys.
Sun-10 miles at Salem Lake (out to 5 and back) cold and a little muddy. 15:16, 7:12, 7:13, 7:11, 7:07,7:02, 6:57, 6:53, 7:00......1:11.54 total
37 miles for the week.  Body is starting to come around

Week 14
Tues- Standard Tanglewood loop in 1:01.46.  9 miles
Wed- 5 miles easy at Muddy Creek Greenway
Fri- 11.5 miles in 1:28.25 at Tanglewood.....standard loop plus another half loop on the back half.
Sat- 5.5 miles easy at Wake
Sun- 9 miles with Longhurst....trails, save, trails.
40 miles total....feel pretty good

Week 15
Tues- 11 min. w/p, strides, stretching, then 6 x 1 min. hard with 3 min. jog. 5 min w/d.  5 miles total....felt pretty good
Wed- 8 miles easy/moderate including 3 loops at Bethabara (6:53, 6:46, 6:39)
Fri- 7 miles at Reynolda Gardens/Graylyn including up tempo for out and back from junction in trails to creek and back (8:19 whereas I ran that loop at normal pace going out (10:28)....Felt pretty good.
Sun- 12 miles at Wake.   Sore feet.              32 miles total

Week 16
Tues- 1.5 w/p, stretching, strides, then Buena Vista Hills (From 100 to 500 meters in 100 meter with jog back down). 2 w/d.....5 total.  Felt o.k.
Wed- 8 miles at Bethabara including loops in 6:56, 6:45, 6:30.
Friday- 10 miles at Tanglewood including standard loop in 1:01.21.  During the normal loop, ran pretty hard between 30:00 and 40:00 and from 56:00 to 1:01.21
Saturday- 7 miles at Muddy Creek Greenway.  Very windy.
Sunday- 10 miles at Reynolda Gardens/Wake.                                40 miles total

Week 17
Tuesday- Normal Tanglewood loop 1:00.09 (ran hard between 20-30 and 40-50 min.) added on a mile at the end....10 miles....
Did not try to push to break an hour
Friday- 8 miles at Bethabara including 3 loops of standard trail (6:56, 6:39, 6:01).  Felt pretty good.
Sunday- 12 miles at Tanglewood(1.5 loops) in 1:26.51.  Tired from race directorship this week.
A couple of minutes faster than a few weeks ago.  Mid 80's temperature.                                            30 miles

Week 18
Wed- 10 miles at Salem Lake in 1:09.10 with 4th and 6th miles at 6:00 with most miles about 7:00 to 7:05.
Fri- 10 miles at Reynolda Gardens/Wake with AMR
Sun- 13 miles at Salem Lake with Longhurst (one loop around plus out and back to 3 mile mark).....1:30.51(first 2 miles 7:38, 7:15),
then most miles right at 7:00 with the last 3 miles at about 6:40 to 6:45 pace.  Felt easy.                33 miles for the week.

Week 19
Mon- 9 miles very easy
Wed- 7.5 including 2 mile w/p, stretching, strides, then 6x 800 on Muddy Creek Greenway with 2:30 rest (400 jog)...2:50, 2:50, 2:52, 2:45, 2:45, 2:43.  1.5 w/d...felt pretty good
Saturday- 10 miles at Tanglewood including standard loop in 59:26 (best time for the loop this year)
Sunday- 7.5 miles at Wake trails. very easy                            34 miles total

Week 20
Wed. Easy 5
Fri. 10 at Salem Lake in 71:45
Sat. Jogged 5k with Will.
Sun. Loop around Salem lake. 49:18. Ran 6:15,6:25 for 3-4. Strides as well.            25 miles for the week.

Week 21
Tues- 2 w/p, stretching, strides, 5 x 1000 on the Muddy Creek Greenway with 3:00 rest(400 jog), 3:39, 3:37, 3:34, 3:32, 3:28, 1 w/d.  Felt pretty good. 7 miles total
Thurs- 7 easy at Reynolda Gardens
Friday- Normal Tanglewood loop plus added on a mile for 10.  Ran up tempo after access road into trails and back to access road (34:02)....1:01.41 for standard loop.
Ran easy at beginning and end.
Sunday- 10 miles easy at Wake trails.  Tired.  Temperature starting to warm up.  May have shingles.                34 miles for the week.

Week 22
Monday- 2 w/p, stretching, strides. then 4 x mile at Salem Lake with 1 min. rest....6:12, 6:14, 6:15, 6:11, 1.5 w/d.  7.5 total
Wed- 8 easy
15.5 for the week.  Came down with shingles.  Feel a little drained.

Week 23
